We’re a private-pay practice. Accent and communication coaching is an elective service, paid out of pocket — no insurance hoops.
For medically necessary therapy — like speech recovery after a stroke — we’re an enrolled Medicare provider in New York and New Jersey and accept Medicare for covered services. We also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

Sessions are one-on-one over secure video — no travel and no waiting rooms. You join from home or the office, on a schedule that fits your life, including evenings. Research shows that online speech therapy can be as effective as in-person sessions for many people.
